| Ключевые слова: satisfaction with social services public social services social protection social services quality | Аннотация: This sociological study assesses satisfaction with the quality of social services provided by the Public Service Department of the Office of the Social Work Center of the Republic of Karelia for city of Kem and the Kem Region. The model for assessing the effectiveness of social protection bodies was based on the concept of A. F. Shakirova. Based on the survey results, the authors calculated the performance index of the studied Social Work Center. It was revealed that the recipients of the social services were satisfied with their quality: the highest scores were given to the institution’s work schedule and the service rate, while the lowest scores were given to the technical condition of the building where the center is located. © Petrozavodsk State University |
