Particular attention is paid to the broadcasting notions of a common origin and political destiny, symbols and achievements. Presidential Addresses to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and transcripts of the meetings of the State Duma, discussions on the draft laws on state symbols held in 1998 and 2000 were analyzed. The main attention was paid to designing of concepts of a "golden age" and cultivating symbols and specific features of the Russian nation. © Petrozavodsk State University |
