Ключевые слова: Finland migration policy tolerance reconcilability radicalism nationalism multiculturalism. | Аннотация: The article on the example of Finland examines the danger of a policy of tolerance aimed only at local residents. According to the authors, the policy of tolerance can work effectively only with a combination of migration policy measures including an increase in the well-being of the population and raising the general level of culture. Of particular importance is the need to respond more strictly to offenses committed also by migrants. The principle of "inevitability of punishment" should act, regardless of the nationality and citizenship of the person who committed the unlawful act. Positive discrimination of migrants in this area leads to an increase in radical attitudes in society. The basis of migration policy should be the formation of respect for each other and acquaintance with the traditions, culture, peculiarities of the religion of migrants and local residents. © Petrozavodsk State University |
