A cluster refers to many different structures; and the mechanisms that support the clustering processes are determined by a general nature and combine fairly traditional policies for the development of society. In prac-tice, cluster policy can be unpredictable. Therefore, the formation of a cluster concept as a scientific and practically proven approach should be preceded by an understanding of this concept and all that is associated with it phenomena. The relevance of the article is due to the problem of understanding the phenomenon of the cluster in the sociocultural space. To solve this problem, it was necessary to analyze the historical background and conditions for the emergence of a socio-cultural cluster. © Petrozavodsk State University |
