Аннотация: The article analyzes current issues of intercultural communication for international economics and business. It examines cultural, religious, and linguistic differences that influence the effectiveness of interactions in the context of globalization. Special attention is given to the relationship between national and organizational cultures, as well as to the role of mentality and religion in shaping economic behavior. Cultural differences are shown to significantly affect the success of international alliances, mergers and acquisitions. The study concludes that strategies for harmonizing cultural components are essential for enhancing the competitiveness of companies in the global market.
